Hey, folks. I've got two fun in-person events happening this month:

Charm City Spec in Baltimore

First up is the Charm City Spec reading series, this Friday 12/8 at 6:30 pm. It's a great group of authors reading from their recent work. I'll read from Dissonant State, and there will be copies for sale. It's at the Bird in Hand bookstore, so it's also a great opportunity to do some holiday shopping and support a local business!

Takoma Park Book Fair

The following weekend, on Saturday 10/16, I'll be at the Takoma Park Book Fair, hosted by Busboys and Poets. There will be about 30 local authors to meet, greet, and buy books from. The event also coincides with the annual Takoma Park COCOA CRAWL! (Which I did not know was a thing until I signed up for the book fair, and I feel like a secret has been withheld from me all the time I've lived here.) So come for the books, warm up with a cup of hot chocolate and maybe enjoy a meal at Busboys while you're there.

Both of these should be a lot of fun. If you're in the DC/Baltimore area, I hope I'll see you there!
